Christina Coyle-Lenz brings passion for our community, energy to advocate on behalf of residents, and leadership skills to her candidacy for the Erie County Legislature. With a background in business, higher education, consulting, and teaching, Christina has a broad base of knowledge and leadership capabilities to work across economic sectors to improve our region. 

She works in the higher education sector and has served as a professor and program director, teaching creative leadership and business courses. As an organizational development consultant, Christina has supported organizations through growth and transitions, helping position organizations around mission and values so that teams are aligned in pursuit of their objectives.

Christina understands that collaboration is the key to getting things done. Her years working within the private and social impact sectors as an employee and as a consultant provides a strong foundation of how to effectively operate within complex organizations and serve a diverse group of stakeholders. She possesses the skill set to effectively lead, manage, and orchestrate large scale projects. 

Christina served the Western New York Regional Economic Development Council of Empire State Development, where she helped shape a strategic plan that led to a $100 million award to the five counties in the Western region. Christina has also worked to serve at-risk and underserved urban youth through the Erie County Chapter of the Links, Youth Leadership Institute. Christina Coyle-Lenz has long been an outspoken advocate for the Town of Amherst, as well as the greater Western New York Community. She puts people, initiatives and our region first.
